What is BoldTrail?

BoldTrail is the next evolution in Inside Real Estate’s product and services portfolio with an improved user experience and an ever expanding set of new capabilities planned for the future.

Why are you becoming BoldTrail?

Inside Real Estate has a long history of innovation, including strategic acquisitions and the continuous development of comprehensive features and services to help our customers achieve success. Over the years, we’ve always focused on bringing the most value and the most capabilities to our customers; while our dedication to providing our customers with the most intuitive solutions remains unwavering, we recognize the need to deepen our evolution and capabilities. BoldTrail is not only our new brand, but a new vehicle for Inside Real Estate to combine capabilities, including front office, back office, business intelligence and recruiting, to better serve you, the real estate professional.

Is BoldTrail just a new name for kvCORE?

BoldTrail brings together all of our capabilities, providing you the insights, tools, and innovation you need in one seamless ecosystem. With BoldTrail comes an enhanced, user-centric experience, with usability at the forefront.

Is this going to cost me more money?

No, there is no change in your monthly subscription price! Our mission is to be your trusted partner and we are excited to offer you these enhancements that further provide you with the most intuitive solutions that drive your success at no additional cost.

Did you sell kvCORE, or did it get acquired by BoldTrail?

No. BoldTrail is the next evolution in Inside Real Estate’s product and service portfolio with an improved user experience and an ever expanding set of new capabilities planned for the future.

Is Inside Real Estate now called BoldTrail?

No, the company name, Inside Real Estate, will remain the same, as the holder of our long-term vision and strategy and where our product portfolio and future product brands live.

kvCORE Users

When and how will I get BoldTrail? → I have kvCORE today

Over the next few weeks, you will receive additional information about BoldTrail; including what you can expect from your new platform experience, what it looks like, and when the new experience will be ready for you to use. We will begin rolling out the new BoldTrail experience in a phased approach over the next couple of weeks, starting on June 20th. You will receive in-app messaging that will enable you to take advantage of this new experience. Once you’ve clicked “Agree” to the most recent version of the IRE Terms of Service, BoldTrail will be enabled for you!

What’s changing from kvCORE to BoldTrail?

BoldTrail is the next generation of kvCORE, and was designed with usability at the forefront. BoldTrail’s new experience and feature enhancements were expertly designed with our clients in mind. What’s New in BoldTrail: • Improved UI/UX: Enjoy a cleaner, more intuitive interface that simplifies navigation and boosts productivity. • Enhanced Search Bar Functionality: Find what you need faster with our optimized search capabilities. • Advanced Pages Editor: Create and manage web pages with greater ease and flexibility.

Is kvCORE going away?

Once released, new customers will no longer be able to purchase kvCORE, as our new brand and capabilities will all reflect BoldTrail.

Are you still selling kvCORE?

No, we will not be selling kvCORE once BoldTrail has been released.

Why are some customers getting BoldTrail now, and others aren’t?

In an effort to ensure an optimal experience for our customers, and to avoid disruption to daily workflows, we are phasing our approach to releasing BoldTrail - as we would with any large scale release! Considerations such as quantity of users within an account, and levels of customization have been strategically accounted for in our assessment of who will be switched over to BoldTrail, and when.

When am I getting it?

You will be notified in advance of your release date. Please ensure you are subscribed to our emails - subscription preferences can be found within your user profile.

Was kvCORE at risk of an outage like BoomTown, is that why you did this?

The ever-changing real estate landscape and therefore, the needs of our clients prompted our team to dedicate time and resources to evolving our platform in an effort to better serve you. BoldTrail is the next generation of kvCORE.

What if I don’t want BoldTrail and I just want to keep my kvCORE, btPRO as is?

BoldTrail is the next generation of kvCORE, and an evolution of our platform offering. We’ve made thoughtful decisions to improve the usability of the platform, and are confident that you will find these enhancements beneficial to your productivity!
