We have a team of thirty five agents. What kvCORE allows us to do is monitor and empower each one of them, in their own individual way. So we sort of divide the team out as as some of our more seniors or listing brokers. We've got a handful of buyer agents. We've got a really young crew of great leasing agents that want to learn and what we can do utilizing kvCORE is distribute whether it's leads, information, the campaigns, everything about it. We we run it as an ecosystem and everybody can have it distributed to them in real time immediately. So it empowers me to be able to to grow the team, expand, contract if we need to, but do all of those things from one hub, which is just incredible in and of itself.
