Lead follow-up is so important. If you're not chasing your leads, somebody else is. And that doesn't matter if you're a new agent, if you're an experienced agent. If you're not chasing them, if you're not staying in touch with them, somebody else is.

And we really can't afford for the leads to, you know, drip through the cracks. You spend money on them. There's nothing worse than having the lead in your database, and then somebody else's sign you on the front yard. Following the facts that it takes eight, nine times to reach somebody on the phone, and don't be scared of that, is what it will take because nobody else does it.
